O Cruzador Imperial Marinheiro

Targino estava na tripulação do cruzador Imperial Marinheiro quando se afundou a uma milha do pontal Sul do Rio Doce (Linhares, ES) na noite de 5 de setembro de 1887. A maioria da tripulacao de 142 foram salvos, inclusivo a machinista Targino.
